At regrecord.co.uk, we strive to provide high-quality vehicle window stickers to our customers. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
- If we fail to deliver the window sticker within the specified timeframe (2 hours), you may be eligible for a refund.
- If we fail to deliver the window sticker within the specified timeframe, please email us at support@theautotrust.com, and we’ll process a full refund within 24 hours.
2. No Refunds After Window Sticker Delivery
- Once the window sticker has been delivered to your email address within the specified timeframe, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- This is because our window stickers are generated specifically for each customer and are based on the information provided at the time of ordering.
3. Refund Process
- If we fail to deliver the window sticker on time, we’ll process a full refund without requiring further action from you.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
